Dorit White moved to Colorado Springs from Germany in 1997 as a military spouse and has been working in real estate appraising since 2016. She has explored Colorado and the Pikes Peak region in the last quarter century and is very familiar with all parts of the Colorado Springs Metro area.
Dorit is a board member of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CAREA) and active in the running of their regular meetings and behind-the-scenes communications and organization. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science – Business with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Colorado in 2001.
She lives with her family and a “gaggle” of farm animals in Black Forest. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors at home and in the Colorado mountains.
Jennifer Goin has lived in the Colorado Springs area since 1994. In love with the mountains and all of the outdoor activities, she moved here from Kansas and worked as a high school math teacher for 15 years. She resigned from her teaching to raise her two boys and help in her husband’s PDR business. She has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is still obsessed with all things math related and enjoys assisting Dorit with data research & report writing, floor plan sketches and statistical market analysis. In her spare time, Jennifer is active in her church and supports her family in their various ventures.
